Dr. Camilo Richard T. Camacho is a public servant, licensed professional, and academic practitioner with extensive experience in property valuation, environmental planning, and governance. He is currently affiliated with Pag-IBIG Fund as Property Appraiser III and serves as Supervisor of the Property Valuation Department–VisMin, Cebu Division II. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Holy Name University and completed his Master's in Public Administration and Doctor of Public Administration degrees at Cebu Technological University.
