• Dr. Elisa F. Grampil , National Aviation Academy of the Philippines

  Dr. Elisa F. Grampil is a senior faculty member in the Aviation Electronics Technology Department at the National Aviation Academy of the Philippines (NAAP), formerly known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA), where she previously served as Dean of the Institute of Engineering and Technology. She holds a Doctorate in Aeronautical Management and has made significant contributions to aviation research and education. Dr. Grampil has co-authored several papers published in international journals and presented one of their research studies at the Global Research Conference 2024, where she received the prestigious Innovation Award. She currently serves as Research Coordinator of the Aviation Electronics Technology Department, actively guiding initiatives that advance sustainable and innovative practices in aviation.
