Author Biography

• Dr. Jocelyn Sagun-De Vera, Pangasinan State University

  Dr. Jocelyn Sagun-De Vera is an Associate Professor V at Pangasinan State University (PSU). She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan City; a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Baguio Central University; and earned units toward a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a Major in Science from The Great Plebeian College. She also obtained her Master of Arts in Educational Management from PSU OUS, Lingayen, Pangasinan, and her Master of Arts in Science Education from the PSU Graduate School (now the School of Advanced Studies-SAS) in PSU Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. She also holds a doctoral degree in philosophy, majoring in educational leadership and management, from the Universidad de Dagupan.
