Author Biography

• Jocelyn Sagun-De Vera, PhD., Pangasinan State University

  Dr. Jocelyn Sagun-De Vera holds the position of Associate Professor V at Pangasinan State University (PSU). She obtained a bachelor's degree in Science in Biology from Lyceum Northwestern University, Dagupan City; a Bachelor of Elementary Education from Baguio Central University; and earned units in Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education with a Major in Science from The Great Plebeian College. She also obtained her Master of Arts, Major in Educational Management, from PSU OUS, Lingayen, Pangasinan, and her Master of Arts, Major in Science Education, from PSU Graduate School (now School of Advanced Studies-SAS) in PSU Urdaneta City, Pangasinan. She also holds a doctoral degree in philosophy with a major in educational leadership and management from the Universidad de Dagupan.
