  Dr. Pamela Ruma Baluyut is an Assistant Professor at Isabela State University, where she taught courses in Tourism Management. She is a Doctor of Business Management degree holder major in Hospitality Management, and is actively involved in academic research, curriculum development, and community extension programs that support local tourism initiatives in the region. She is passionate about connecting what students learn in class with what’s happening in the real world. Through her commitment to academic excellence and professional growth, she continuously contributes to the advancement of tourism and hospitality education in the Philippines.
