  Dr. Pamela Ruma Baluyut is an Assistant Professor at Isabela State University, where she teaches Tourism Management courses. She holds a Doctor of Business Management degree, with a major in Hospitality Management. She is actively involved in academic research, curriculum development, and community extension programs that support local tourism initiatives in the region. She is passionate about connecting what students learn in class with what is happening in the real world. Through her commitment to academic excellence and professional growth, she continually advances tourism and hospitality education in the Philippines.
